Hello Everyone!

First and foremost we sincerely hope you all are doing well in spite of the state of affairs currently affecting our daily lives. While you may be a bit anxious at the moment, please keep in mind that ‘this too shall pass.’ We’re all in this together and together we can get through it!

In the meantime, here at Statewide, we are adapting our operations to not only protect our employees and their families, but to also make sure we give you the same great service you’ve come to expect. In an attempt to follow suggested guidelines by the CDC to limit the congregating of groups, Statewide has made the decision to split our staff into shifts that will not only comply with the published health recommendations but also keep your policies and phone calls flowing as smoothly as possible. Some of our staff will be here at the office, some will work remotely, but ALL of our dedicated employees are 100% on board and equipped for whatever you need.

That’s the plan, that’s our goal. Keep in mind that our service to you is paramount. Still, we’re human. We may not catch every phone call every time; we may not return an email back to you immediately; your policy, quote or renewal offer may not get out as quickly as planned. But please be patient. Every effort will be made to keep our desks current. Some good news, we are instituting a change in our current and future quotes during this national crisis; effective immediately, our General Liability quotes will now be valid for 60 days, up from 30 days previously.

Our Online Personal lines Underwriting System (OPUS) is still up and actively issuing policies as per usual. If you do not have a User ID or Password to access this quick, easy system, simply contact our Personal Lines underwriters and they’ll set you up as soon as possible!

Suffice it to say, you are the backbone of Statewide Insurance and have been for over 55 years. We don’t take that for granted. Our employees are ready and we hope you are, too.
